The live room
An auction, in real time.
Members join the room, bids land in sync, the hammer drops — everyone watching sees the same frame at the same moment, with notifications and audible cues when the room moves. Run by an assigned auctioneer, a rotating stage, or the system auctioneer.

Presence
live
- Members connected. Quiet room.
Illustrative — bids and bidders on this page are not real.
One platform, four rooms.
Each persona gets the controls they need and none of the clutter they do not. The operator desk, auctioneer chair, buyer room, and seller pipeline stay in their lanes.

Built for the full arc.
Not just the moment of the hammer — every step on either side of it.
A catalogue your buyers can trust.
Condition reports, provenance, specifications, photos, videos, sale numbers, settlement dates, tax notes, and source indexes stay attached to the auction. Multiple auctioneers can each prepare their own catalogue for the same sale.
Human-led, system-led, or timed.
Run the familiar going-once rhythm with a human auctioneer, let the system auctioneer drive the cadence, or open all lots in a timed grid. Multi-round live auctions rotate the chair by finalized catalogue, with buyers notified when the stage changes.
Role-aware trust, without paper chase.
Admins configure different fields and documents for buyers, sellers, auctioneers, and admins. Members can request profile changes for review, while identity, eligibility, and admin approvals stay auditable.
From hammer to settlement, in one queue.
Every sale becomes a prompt clock, a payment-in record, deductions, payout, delivery note, and seller handover workflow. Buyers and sellers see only their own post-hammer state; operators keep the complete queue.
A week, end to end.
How the platform shepherds an auction from setup to catalogue finalization, stage rotation, settlement, and delivery.
- 01
Configure your auction house
Set organization branding, role-specific fields, document requirements, auction defaults, prompt rules, and participant access.
- 02
Schedule the auction
Admins define the sale name, number, venue, rounds, format, start time, buyer and seller prompts, and the auctioneers assigned to the sale.
- 03
Build the catalogues
Each assigned auctioneer prepares one catalogue, captures sample display details, lists approved seller lots, and marks the catalogue final when it is ready.
- 04
Open the room
The auction publishes when every assigned catalogue is final, then operators start live or timed bidding when the sale is ready.
- 05
Rotate the chair
In live auctions, one auctioneer runs the lots in their catalogue, then the next auctioneer takes the stage. If the sale has more rounds, the same order repeats for unsold lots after revised starting prices are recorded.
- 06
Settle & deliver
Prompt clock, buyer payment proof, auctioneer approval, deductions, seller payout proof, delivery readiness, and delivery notes move through Sales until the lot is settled.
